Placido Domingo- Jose Carreras at the Panathenaic Stadium

In the aftermath of a great night, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who attended the Panathinaikos Stadium on Wednesday, July 10th. We want to express our deep respect to the giants of music, Plácido Domingo and José Carreras, who honored us with their performances. Additionally, we feel immense joy for the presence and energy of the audience that made attending this concert an unforgettable and unique experience.

The appearance of these two legendary tenors in Athens was not merely a musical event but a historic moment for us, the producers and organizers. With the love and support of the Greek audience, a significant day in the history of concerts in Greece was recorded.

The emotion of the crowd was palpable as the world’s leading tenors performed arias and beloved songs. Unforgettable moments that will remain engraved in our memories forever, such as the remarkable appearance of Christina Poulitsis, who captivated hearts and left lasting impressions.

The artists gave their best under the watchful eye of the excellent conductor Jordi Bernacer, who conducted the magnificent ERT Symphony Orchestra. A big thank you to Stelios Konstantinidis and Jos Lambo for inviting these extraordinary artists. We also extend our gratitude to Grand Resort Lagonissi and Mrs. Mania Spanou for their wonderful hospitality.
