George Perris

George Perris is the youngest international Greek singer. He has performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including Lincoln Center and Madison Square Garden in New York, Place des Arts in Montreal, and Le Zenith in Paris. He has collaborated with legendary artists and orchestras on the global music scene, such as Michel Legrand, Lara Fabian, Tina Arena, and the Boston Pops.

He has released albums in Greek, French, and English with Decca Records. His television specials “Live from Jazz At Lincoln Center” and “Live At The Acropolis” have garnered over 100 million viewers through PBS in America. In recent years, his songs have reached the top 20 charts in over 40 countries worldwide.

His most recent Greek album, “Stathera Sta Oneira” (Steadfast in Dreams), with music by Evanthia Reboutsika and lyrics by Lina Nikolakopoulou, was loved by both audiences and critics, staying at number 3 on the charts for six weeks.

His latest television special, “A Sunset In Greece,” filmed at the ancient Temple of Aphaia in Aegina in collaboration with the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO), reached over 110 million viewers in America in December 2022. The Grammy Awards recognized him as one of the most influential artists globally, featuring him in their video series “Global Spin.”

Deeply committed to children’s issues, he serves as an Ambassador for the Horatio Alger Association, a U.S. organization that provides scholarships to students from challenging backgrounds. In June 2022, Nana Mouskouri appointed him a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, specializing in combating violence against children.
