Evanthia Reboutsika at the Lycabettus Theatre
Evanthia’s Carousel brought together an eclectic troupe of magicians, jugglers, stilt walkers, acrobats, and street performers, creating an evening reminiscent of the revelry of a bygone era. This ensemble of diverse artists took the stage at the Lycabettus Theatre, transporting the audience to more romantic and innocent times, all under the starry sky of Athens.
Joining them were 11 virtuoso musicians, Evanthia’s steadfast companions through years of captivating performances. They were accompanied by the Philharmonic Orchestra of Corfu, “Omonia Gastouri,” under the baton of Chief Musician Spyros Rallis, with participation curated by Nikos Dimitropoulos.
Following a series of remarkable concerts, including sold-out performances at the Herodeion, Athens College, and the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, Evanthia Reboutsika invited audiences to join her on Friday, July 5th, at Lycabettus for an evening filled with Dionysian joy and a parade of acrobats, jugglers, and magicians.
